About Tight Knit

Tight Knit has been created out of a love for all things kids, an agency that focuses and prides itself on a good reputation and “good old fashioned service with a smile.”

The agency services NSW and NZ, and the driving force behind Tight Knit is
Gabrielle Thomson, a ‘kiwi’ who calls Sydney home.

“I have spent my whole life surrounded by the rag trade. My parents ran a very successful knitwear business in NZ, and the flow on effect has inspired me to create an agency full of raw new talent, as well as the established brands we know and love.”

With 10 years in the kids wear market, Gabrielle prides herself in the knowledge she has gained from her peers. This knowledge enables her to not only understand the boutique market, but all aspects of design, range planning, manufacture and sales and marketing, that is a must in this ever-changing climate.

“I’m looking to share my enthusiasm with talented and creative retailers and designers on both sides of the ditch. We all have the same goal… to be successful, smart and business savvy people with a flair for the Tight Knit world we create”
